Debra Herman, the principal of Trees & Generals, specializes in "highly technical" technical writing.
She has done technical writing for many companies including Apple Computer, Sun Microsystems, Silicon Graphics, Imagen Corporation, Teknowledge and Fujitsu.
She has a particular interest in writing for programmers and in documentation APIs and programming languages.
In addition to her technical writing experience, Debra has published works of history and general interest.
